We will take help of Command Prompt to create a  Administrator Account.
Follow these Below Steps.
1. Open cmd and type: net localgroup
This is used to find out what they call their admin group, It could be administrator or maybe anything . We will assume they use the default administrator.

2. So now you will type, net localgroup administrator masoomyf /ADD
3. Everything goes Successfully you will your own Administrators account.
You may not have access to CMD at some places so follow the below steps to open CMD at any computer.
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Type Command.com
3. Save this file as CMD.bat
4. Now just double click @ this created file and you Command Prompt will just open.
